FrontLine Communications is headquartered in Regina, Saskatchewan, and our second center (opening mid 2006) in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The Sales and Marketing office is set in downtown Toronto. All three locations are set in close proximity to our clients, conveniently just north of our US client base, providing a nearshore alternative to outsourcing.

The Regina center is a newly renovated 14,000 square-foot building, which includes a 6,500 square-foot call center floor with 158 agent seats. The building also houses FrontLine’s in-house training center with 20 active workstations designed into a classroom setting. Regina is known as the contact center capital of Canada due to the many centers residing in Saskatchewan, creating an abundant pool of qualified and experienced employees for the available for our accounts.
