Greg Fettes – President and
C.E.O.
Greg Fettes has acted as CEO and President of FrontLine
Communications since its inception. Over the last five years he has
taken the company to new heights with his vision and aggressive
growth initiatives. Greg’s commitment to our people and
entrepreneurial vision is the driving force behind FrontLine’s
success.
Greg attended Bentley College and the University of Western Ontario
studying industrial and organizational psychology. Greg has been
involved in all aspects of the business over the past 5 years and is
responsible for developing strategic growth initiatives and
directing the overall operation of the business. |

Jeff Fettes – Executive Vice
President and CIO
As Executive Vice President and Chief Information Office, Jeff
Fettes oversees the technological structure of FrontLine and the
delivery of all professional services to our clients, including
custom IT development, account management, and graphic design. Along
with his brother Greg, Jeff exudes an entrepreneurial spirit and has
created a vision what it takes to be a great company.
Jeff attended Babson College and University of Southern Florida and
attained several university degrees focusing in the areas of
Marketing and Information Technology. Jeff brings 10 years of
experience in IT and graphic design to FrontLine Communications. |

Dominic Poissant – Vice
President, Finance
Dominic has been with FrontLine Communications from the very
beginning and has played an integral role to the growth and success
of the company. As Vice President of Finance, Dominic Poissant is
responsible for the direction and execution of the company’s
financial plan, budgeting, and cost controls.
Dominic is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and has been
involved in management accounting for over 17 years. |

Patricia Fraser – Vice
President, Operations
Patricia Fraser joined FrontLine Communications in 2005, bringing
over 15 years of experience of working in the outsourced contact
center industry. Patricia is responsible for the overall operations
of the business including the inbound call center, outbound center,
human resources, training, workforce management and quality control.
Before her career at FrontLine, Patricia was the Director of
Operations for Minacs Worldwide Inc., a 600-seat call center
operation in Belleville, Ontario. Throughout her career she has
worked as an executive at many of the largest call center
outsourcers in Canada including Telespectrum, Stream International,
Ark E-tail Services, and Minacs Worldwide. |

Mike Warren – Vice
President, Technology
During his career at FrontLine Communications, Mike Warren has
played an integral role in managing the growth of the company,
particularly with regards to new technology implementation, software
development, and network engineering. As Vice President of
Technology he is responsible for the day-to-day management of the IT
team, including programmers and network.
Mike has been involved in leading-edge software development for
several years, having performed research and development for
Saskatchewan Telecommunications and having been involved in
conceptualizing break through web products for a start-up
Saskatchewan Shop.com. |
